Anand Subbaraman, the current Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, while Samir Bodas, Co-founder and long-time CEO, will assume the role of Executive Chairman after more than 15 years of pioneering leadership.
Since co-founding Icertis in 2009 alongside Monish Darda, Samir Bodas has led the company from inception to industry leadership, with the platform now nearing $350 million in annual recurring revenue and used by over one-third of the Fortune 100. Under his leadership, Icertis established contract intelligence as a vital digital transformation tool for global enterprises.
